The chef of the day: Aleix

Chocolate Rolls

Ingredients:

110gr milk
25gr baking soda
30gr olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
250gr strong wheat flour
40gr sugar
Some salt
50gr chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Put the chocolate chips in the freezer.
2. Mix all the other ingredients.
3. Make a ball and cover it with plastic for 30 minutes.
4. Divide it in 12 parts, and make litlle rolls with each part and the chocolate chips.
5. Cover it with plastic for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 180º for 10 minutes.
